CD32 recap + bad video output
CD32 came in for recap and problem with video output. Video output was very bad. Problem was U36 (HC4066), output voltages on pin 2,4 & 8 were around ~200mV. I guess electrolyte has entered the IC housing through the pins and damaged the IC from inside, replace it and the video output was excellent again. […]
